Microsoft 365 Copilot

What will Copilot show your users that they should not see?

Copilot answers from anything a user can already open. This check reads your groups, Teams and sites plus a few questions, and shows where oversharing will surface, what governance is missing, and a cleanup plan.

Your data stays with you. Group names, site addresses and your answers are processed in this browser tab and never uploaded. If you ask for the full report, I receive your contact details, your score and the titles of the top findings, nothing else.
